I'm the creator of the Culture Strategy Bootcamp, a culture strategist, the author of Building and Sustaining a Coaching Culture, and the creator and host of the CultureLab podcast.

I help purpose-driven companies accelerate meaningful growth by building invincible cultures. 

I've been helping companies, from VC-courting startups to Fortune 500, cultivate remarkable cultures that scale for more than 20 years. First, as part of consultancies such as HayGroup, Korn Ferry, and PwC - and later as the founder of my own firm.

I lived the startup and scaleup experience myself - both as a leadership team member and as a founder. I know what you are going through - I've been there myself.
